YEBW Launches New Website; 2013 Student & Volunteer Registration Now Open

Young Entrepreneurs Business Week (YEBW) has just launched its new website!  The site has been fully redesigned and is packed with information on YEBW's 2013 business and leadership programs.

In case you're not familiar with YEBW, the organization is a nonprofit AOI partner that provides week-long, immersive summer business programs to high school students.  YEBW's one-of-a-kind programming aids in strengthening the future of Oregon and its participants by producing hands-on learning experiences at the University of Portland (UP) and Oregon State University (OSU) campuses.

YEBW participants spend one week on a college campus and are exposed to a challenging curriculum designed to teach students that business can be fun and exciting.  During the programs, students are broken up into student-led companies, each of which is guided by a loaned executive from the business community who shares his or her knowledge and expertise throughout the week. The curriculum provides students with the financial literacy, business fundamentals, and confidence they need to be self-sufficient and successful, thus priming the pipeline for the next generation of business and community leaders.

There are several volunteer opportunities available, from serving as a mentor throughout the week to participating as mock interviewers or presentation judges.
