OBI Welcomes Mike Beyrouty as its New Chief Operating Officer

Mike Beyrouty has joined Oregon Business & Industry (OBI) as Chief Operating Officer. Mike brings more than a decade of strategic, business development, and operational experience to his position as chief operating officer. Before joining OBI, Mike was a partner at Aldrich Benefits and director of its employee benefits division. At Aldrich Benefits, Mike worked closely with OBI as its consultant for the OBI HealthChoice Trust.

As OBI’s chief operating officer, Mike will lead the organization’s development of programs, membership, and revenue-generating strategies. He will oversee member relations and strengthen OBI’s organizational systems and processes to guide a robust member acquisition, retention, and engagement program to meet our strategic objectives.

Mike attended Western Oregon University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. Mike also served in the Oregon Army National Guard for nine years, serving in the infantry for six years and three years leading an artillery team. He was deployed to the Middle East during Operation Iraqi Freedom and New Orleans to aid in the relief effort of Hurricane Katrina.
